Coffee at The Burrows
Their pop up on Castlereagh St in the CBD has now closed and moved on to a more permanent location on George St. Housed in the same building structure as Dutch Smuggler makes quality coffee offerings plentiful within a small area. Cappuccino ($3.50) using apparently India Papakachi coffee beans was interesting and good. No menus visible for options and pricing just friendly service and a focus on just coffee at this stage although some pastry options would be nice. Love the surrounding space and architecture of ‘The Burrows’ precinct. During the later time of the day the tables and seats are highly exposed to the sun so umbrella shades would probably be of benefit for the limited seating.
